• Products purchased on sale or during special promotions unless they are damaged or defective.
• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Please note that the processing time for return requests and issuing refunds may
take from 7 to 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
• For credit card payments, it may take an additional 5 to 7 business days for the
refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on the bank.

different product of equal value.
• Replacement products are subject to availability. If the requested product is not

product), Venora will cover the shipping costs.
